British Academic Centre International English Test, testing 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Applicants can use the test results to apply for admission to participating universities for a fee of 3,750 baht. The exam is accepted by universities in the UK as equivalent to IELTS.

Application Process

1. Fill out the attached application form.
    
2. Transfer the exam fee of 3,750 baht to Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, account name: British Academic Center Co., Ltd., account number: 274-213338-1.
3. Scan and email the following documents:
   – Completed application form
   – Copy of ID card
   – Proof of payment of exam fee
4. Exam location: 15th floor, RSU Tower, 571 Sukhumvit 31 (Soi Sawasdee), 571 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Tan Nuea Subdistrict, Wattana District, Bangkok 10110.

Applicants will be notified of the exact time and location of the exam after submitting their application.

Timetable for Year 2025

– Note –

1. Registration time is from 11:30 AM to 11:50 AM, and the exam will start from 12:00 PM onwards.
2. If candidates arrive at the exam venue after 11:50 AM, they will not be allowed to take the exam.
3. On the exam day, candidates must bring the original ID card or passport used during exam registration.
4. Cancellation or Postponement of Exam: Candidates can request to cancel or postpone their exam if done at least 5 weeks before the exam date. (For requests made less than 5 weeks in advance, no exam fee refund will be provided under any circumstances). Candidates will be charged a cancellation fee of 750 THB. The remaining exam fee will be refunded in full within 4 weeks after the cancellation request is submitted in writing (candidates must complete a cancellation form with the office).
5. Exam results will be sent to the registered email within 1 week after the exam date.

– For students applying to the Joint Master Programmes –

1. Students who have graduated from an International Programme within the last 2-5 years may not need to submit an English proficiency test score for certain universities (please check with the staff for details).
2. The required English proficiency score depends on the university selected.
3. If the exam score is an overall 5.5 with no skill below 5.0, the candidate may submit the results to enroll in the Joint Pre-sessional English Programme, an Academic English course designed to prepare students for a master’s degree. The course details for the Joint Pre-sessional English Programme are as follows: This programme begins either before or alongside the Joint Master Programmes (duration: 60-100 hours, fee: 69,500 THB, group study).

***  BACIET band score will be from 0 – 7 for each test section.
