Counselor Assistance
Responsibilities:
- support all walk in with offer assisting for students applying to study abroad
- Assist Counselor with the application process through to the acceptance process and their preparation to go to study abroad
- Follow up prospective customers / enquirers (via telephone, LINE, email, etc)
- Able to Participate in education events during weekend and peak season
- Maintain customer files & keep in contact with student customers
- Assist with marketing campaigns and activities
- Offer after sale support if need
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Thai nationality
- Female
- Any Bachelor level degree from Thailand include overseas (but not essential)
- Good written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills (essential)
- Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service (essential)
- Ability to work on weekends during peak season (essential)
- Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time (essential)
- Experience working within study abroad industry or relevant (advantage) (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
